The goal of this project was to create a simple, intuitive CRM that allows the client to manage their website content and customer interactions independently. The system needed to integrate directly with the public website while remaining easy to use, scalable, and efficient for daily operations.

PROBLEM

The client wanted to manage the site’s contents without having to know how to code. Updating FAQs, images, and website content previously required technical intervention, which slowed down updates and limited flexibility. To solve this, a custom CRM was needed that could control website content directly while remaining accessible to non-technical users.

The system enables easy management of FAQs, before-and-after images, and form submissions, while also providing a high-level overview of website activity. All updates can be made without touching code, reducing reliance on developers.
